1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to CozyLounge. By accessing or using the CozyLounge mobile application ("App") and related services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CozyLounge. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use CozyLounge. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• All information you provide is accurate and truthful

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of CozyLounge, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up to date

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

4. Third-Party Services and Subscriptions

4.1 Required Subscriptions

CozyLounge is a client application that requires you to provide your own subscriptions to third-party services:

• RealDebrid: You must have an active, legally obtained RealDebrid subscription to use streaming features
• IPTV Providers: You must have a legal IPTV subscription to use live TV features (Basic and Pro plans)

4.2 Third-Party Terms

Your use of third-party services (RealDebrid, IPTV providers, TMDB) is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for their services, content, availability, or policies.

5. CozyLounge Subscription Plans

5.1 Available Plans

CozyLounge offers the following subscription tiers:

• Free: Basic RealDebrid streaming with local history
• Basic (£1/month): Adds IPTV support and EPG
• Pro (£2.99/month): Adds cloud sync, multi-profile, and unlimited favorites

5.2 Payment and Billing

• Subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing
• Payments are charged monthly to your Google Play account
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• No refunds for partial months or unused features

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the subscription expires.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Use CozyLounge for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws
• Access, stream, or distribute copyrighted content without proper authorization
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our Services
• Circumvent any security features or usage restrictions
• Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Abuse, harass, or threaten other users or our support staff
• Use the App to host, distribute, or facilitate piracy
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our Services

Zero Tolerance for Piracy: While CozyLounge integrates with services like RealDebrid, we expect all users to use legal content sources. We will terminate accounts involved in piracy, copyright infringement, or illegal content distribution.

7. Intellectual Property

CozyLounge, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from CozyLounge without our express written permission.

8. Service Availability and Modifications

8.1 Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee that CozyLounge will be available 24/7 without interruption. Services may be unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Technical issues or server failures
• Third-party service outages (RealDebrid, IPTV providers, AWS, Google Play)
• Network connectivity issues

8.2 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time, with or without notice. We may add, change, or remove features in future updates.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

9.1 "As Is" Service

COZYLOUNGE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9.2 Content Disclaimer

We do not control, monitor, or take responsibility for content accessed through third-party services. You acknowledge that:

• CozyLounge is a client application, not a content provider
• Content quality, availability, and legality depend on your third-party subscriptions
• We are not liable for copyright infringement or illegal content accessed through the app
• You are solely responsible for your content consumption and compliance with laws

9.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COZYLOUNGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions, errors, or security breaches
• Third-party service failures (RealDebrid, IPTV, AWS, Google Play)
• Content accessed through the app

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £10, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CozyLounge and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of CozyLounge
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
• Content you access through third-party services
• Copyright infringement or piracy claims

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to CozyLounge immediately, without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Requests from law enforcement or legal authorities
• Discontinuation of the service

Upon termination, your right to use CozyLounge ceases immediately. We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued before termination.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

For EU residents: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under EU consumer protection laws.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms in the app and on our website
• Updating the "Last updated" date
• Sending an in-app notification or email (for significant changes)

Your continued use of CozyLounge after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using our Services.
